Our Story

The New King

Rex Novus, Latin for the new king

Royalty was never inherited.
It was built.

The crown isn't given. It isn't bought. It's decided. It's how you move when no one is watching. The work you put in before anyone believed. The standard you hold when folding would be easier.

Kings aren't born. They decide.

Rex Novus is for the self-made. The ones who crowned themselves long before the world caught up. Heavyweight essentials, cut clean, marked with the crown and nothing else. No noise. No need to explain. Just quiet weight, the kind of presence that changes a room before a word is spoken.

They want the crown. Few want the weight. We build for the ones who carry both. Nobody is going to hand you the throne. They never do. So take it. Wear it. Become the new king.

The Founder

The first new king.

Jarrod Saltzman spent 35 years building premium apparel for some of the biggest brands on earth. Disney. Marvel. Walmart. He knew fabric. He knew quality. By every business measure, he had made it. But while the company was at its peak, his health was quietly slipping.

Then came the mirror moment we all know. There is more in you than this. Golf became his teacher. Not the scorecard, the game underneath it: show up, measure honestly, get one percent better than yesterday. He lost 100 pounds and became, in the truest sense, a new version of himself.

Rex Novus is that transformation, turned into something you can wear. The new king was never out there somewhere. He was in the mirror the whole time.

The New King Rises

No crown. No throne. Just something you built that no one can take from you.
